Our flats are designed for YOU – doesn’t matter if you are an international professional or a medium-term visitor in need of a real home during your travel. Choose between studios and 2-bedroom apartments between 37 sqm and 64 sqm and two locations in the center of Berlin. Make living easily – Tannhaus offers flat rate rents, there is no need to send salary statements, Schufa or any other documents. We have created high-resolution 360° images for all apartment categories. Using these, you can view all apartments remotely online, completely independent of time and conveniently from home or on the road and navigate through the apartments yourself. In addition, for your safety we also offer video tours. If you are interested in a remote, but still personal tour in one of our properties, you are welcome to book your desired appointment for a video tour via the following link. Our friendly staff will call you at the booked time via FaceTime or WhatsApp call and guide you trough the apartment of your interest, the common rooms and answer all your questions. Tannhaus is also offering personal viewings directly on site. Those as usual for Tannhaus, still individual and independent.

Digital & convenient booking process:

Tannhaus booking process is completely digitalized. After you have decided on your favorite apartment, you can book it directly online. We do not need any personal documents from you. Even the signature of the rental contract is done online via “One-Click”. Simply click on “Submit Binding Request” in the booking process, transfer the applicable deposit of 1 – 2 warm rents (depending on the rent duration) and you’re done. In just a few hours / days you will receive the rental contract digitally signed by us by e-mail and can already arrive.

Your Arrival & Stay at Tannhaus:

Our front desk is available Mo – Fr from 9 am to 6 pm. During this time you can arrive comfortably. We have thoroughly cleaned, aired and disinfected your apartment before arrival. To proof your identity, we need your identity card on arrival. Simply showing it to us is sufficient. You will receive your apartment key card as well as a welcome book with all necessary  information about your Tannhaus and the surrounding area. Your apartment key card can be also used for all payments at Tannhaus. Should you ever use services in the house, such as a cold snack from one of the vending machines, you are welcome to pay for this with your key card. For your safety, we do not accept any cash payments in the property. The handover protocol for your apartment can also be done digitally via our online Tannhaus membership area. Access to the membership area you will receive during your booking. In your Tannhaus membership area, you can also easily report any damage at your apartment during the stay. For example, a light bulb is defective? No problem, log in, let us know which bulb is broken and we will change it on request during your presence or absence.

Cleaning and moving out:

You are responsible for all cleanings during your stay. Of course, you can also use our in-house cleaning service. During your move out we will of course create a new handover protocol. After your check out, the apartments will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by us for a new arrival. The deposit will be returned to you no later than 8 weeks after moving out, provided that the handover of the apartment is free of defects.
